TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of event staffing and event hosting services provided by Prestige Event Staffing, also referred to as “Prestige Events DFW,” a company operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area of Texas. By booking services through our website, over the phone, or by any other means, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Prestige Event Staffing offers professional event personnel, including but not limited to:

  • Bartenders (including mobile bartending)

  • Servers and waitstaff

  • Setup and teardown crew

  • DJs

  • Photographers

  • Security personnel

All staff are highly qualified independent contractors selected to provide exceptional service for your event.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking may be done online or over the phone.

  • Deposits are required for non-referred clients and must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the event start time.

  • Clients referred by existing customers may have the deposit requirement waived at our discretion.

  • Final payment is due in full by the event start time unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled event start time. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit and/or charges for any staff assigned to your event.

4. Code of Conduct

We ask that all clients and guests treat Prestige staff with professionalism and respect. Likewise, our team members are expected to maintain respectful, courteous, and appropriate behavior throughout the event.

Prestige Event Staffing reserves the right to remove any staff member or withdraw services if inappropriate conduct from clients or guests compromises the safety or dignity of our personnel.

5. Liability

Clients are solely responsible for any accidents, damages, injuries, or claims that occur during the course of an event. Prestige Event Staffing and its independent contractors are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or other incidents that may occur on-site.

By engaging our services, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Prestige Event Staffing and its contractors from any claims arising from the event.

6. Insurance

Prestige Event Staffing does not carry liability insurance and does not provide insurance coverage for staff or clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own insurance coverage for the event and any related liabilities.

7. Independent Contractor Status

All personnel provided by Prestige Event Staffing are classified as independent contractors, not employees. However, Prestige takes great care in selecting and building ongoing relationships with our team members. Each contractor is hand-picked based on their professionalism, experience, and reliability, and many work with us on a recurring basis.

While they are not employees, our contractors are considered part of the Prestige team and are expected to uphold the same standards of excellence and conduct. Clients can expect consistency and quality from staff assigned to their events.

8. Modifications

Prestige Event Staffing reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action related to services provided shall be filed and conducted within the jurisdiction of Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.
